The driving force behind this excellent customer service is Managing Director Paul Brayley. Born and raised in Hampstead, a young Paul would observe his father working on his car. This inspired Paul to take a Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship in 1978.
• Beginning as a technician, Paul worked his way up the ranks, through Sales and Branch Manager positions.
• In 1988 he took on responsibility for three Citroen Showrooms in London.
• From 1994 Paul took on Sales Manager then Regional Manager roles Davenport Vernon Volvo.
• 1999 saw Paul become the Divisional Director of a new group, Johnson’s Cars.
• 2003 arrived and Paul took on the Honda dealership in St Albans, starting up Brayley’s cars.

Paul’s automotive experience of over 30 years has led him to embrace the ideal of good, old-fashioned customer service. Great customer service is the core of the Brayley’s company ethos.

Meet the team

Paul Brayley

Paul Brayley has been in the motor trade since he started as an Apprentice Technician at the age of 15. After completing his training he worked his way up to become Service Manager. He then decided to cross over into sales where he became successful, moving through the ranks to become Sales Manager, then Area Manager for another Honda group. Paul has worked for various manufacturers throughout his career but when the opportunity arose to acquire his own Honda dealership he did not hesitate founding Brayley Honda in St Albans in 2003.Since then Brayley Honda has grown to incorporate four Honda dealerships along the M25 corridor. Paul believes in remaining very hands on and sincerely believes that customer satisfaction and a happy well trained team are paramount to the success of the business .
