Paul Brayley, Managing Director

Paul Brayley

Paul Brayley has been in the motor trade since he started as an Apprentice Technician at the age of 15. After completing his training he worked his way up to become Service Manager. He then decided to cross over into sales where he became successful, moving through the ranks to become Sales Manager, then Area Manager for another Honda group. Paul has worked for various manufacturers throughout his career but when the opportunity arose to acquire his own Honda dealership he did not hesitate founding Brayley Honda in St Albans in 2003.Since then Brayley Honda has grown to incorporate four Honda dealerships along the M25 corridor. Paul believes in remaining very hands on and sincerely believes that customer satisfaction and a happy well trained team are paramount to the success of the business .

Mark Corr, Sales Director

Mark Corr

Mark has been with Brayley Honda since the beginning, becoming a successful Sales Executive. Recognising that Mark had the attributes to succeed, he was promoted to Sales Manager where he took took the reins at St Albans, then when our fourth dealership was acquired at Enfield, he became General Sales Manager. After proving his mettle at Enfield, he was delighted when he was invited to become Sales Director in 2011.

Louise Walsh, Management Accountant

Louise Walsh

Louise began her career with Honda in 2001 as an Accounts Clerk. After a short break from the motor industry, she returned to Brayley Honda where she assumed more responsibility and when the opportunity arose, and the time was right in 2009, Louise became the Management Accountant for the Brayley Group. Louise and her team run the centralised accounts department for the group based in St Albans and her commitment and diligence gives invaluable support to Paul. 

Sailesh Popat, Aftersales Manager

Sailesh Popat

Recently promoted to Group Aftersales Manager, Sailesh joined Brayley Honda in 2009 as Aftersales Manager with an impeccable pedigree and over 20 years in the motor industry. After qualifiying as a technician, he worked hard to achieve Master Technician status, of which, at the time there were only 13 in Europe. He used his knowledge and skills to become Workshop Controller then Service Manager. His technical skills ensure that the aftersales operations at Enfield and our other Honda dealerships run efficiently and that he can deal with customers and technicians with complete confidence.

Paulo Rubinia, Sales Manager

Paulo Rubinia

Now Sales Manager at our Enfield showroom, Paulo joined the Sales Team in St Albans in 2007. His 25 years of sales experience in the motor industry was reflected in his sales performance and he was rewarded with promotion to his current position. He enjoys the challenge of our busy Enfield showroom and his enthusiatic approach has delivered excellent results.

Donna Nash, Assistant Sales Manager

Donna Nash

Now Assistant Sales Manager at Enfield, Donna joined Brayley Honda in St Albans as a Sales Executive in January 2009. After training, Donna took on the challenging role of Business Manager in October of the same year, producing results which saw her performance push St Albans into the top Business performers in the dealer network. Recognising her strengths, Donna was delighted to accept her current role which allows her to retain some of her F & I responsibilities and broaden her sales and management skills.
